Konstantina & Konstantinos – Wedding in Volos | Wedding video clip

Kostis and I had known each other for a long time and have been living in London for the past few years. The proposal happened at a concert of one of our favorite bands at Brixton Academy. We decided to get married in June in Volos, at the church of Agios Konstantinos on the beach. The bridal bouquet, all inspired and advised by the amazing Ioulietta from Comme ça, featured white lysianthus, white aster, and lavender. In general, I wanted the decoration to be simple but elegant. Besides the flowers, one of my favorite pieces was the candelabras with the candles, which I confess I had never seen before…

It’s hard to choose a favorite moment from our wedding. Hmm, certainly our entrance and seeing the smiles of our families and friends, both from Greece and abroad, who wanted to experience the Big Fat Greek Wedding, was among the highlights of the evening. I would advise every bride to enjoy the journey leading up to the wedding and, of course, on the big day, not to worry about anything, just to smile. It’s too beautiful an experience to be spoiled!
